After moving back to Louisiana, I searched in vain for one of my favorite subjects - a small farm! At last I discovered this small corner of Lafayette where an elderly farmer and his family raise brahma cattle and hope their property won't become the next super highway. Just in case it might, I took advantage of a beautiful spring day to record it in paint.
